Border Cottage Care was set up in 2008 by Richard Brightmore and Sarah Jordan.

Sarah said "In our industry, Service users were not getting the same carer every day and they would be asking the service user same questions every morning. It is important to have a relationship there especially where personal care and medication is involved. It is not very nice to have different carers providing personal care on a daily basis."

Richard said "Based on family personal experience we decided to set up a care agency where we can provide continuity to our service users, our main goal is to provide the best service of care we can to each and every person we visit”.

 

Our staff will be reliable and dependable and are able to respond flexibly to your needs and preferences. Meaning that you decide what is important for you or your family member and our highly trained and conscientious carers will carry out the tasks accordingly.

A strict confidentiality policy is adhered to at all times.

All staff are DBS checked and are trained to a minimum of Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
