We can provide support for adults who require specialist care. All specialist care is overseen by a Band 6+ nurse who provides all training/competencies and audits.
This means that your relative receives professional care as required and can feel safe and supported in his or her own home.
Our Specialist care includes. Peg/Oxygen/Tracheotomy care/ Nebulisers.
End of Life care with the emphasis on dignity.
